Stanfield Consultants was founded by Martin Hayes CEng MEI in 2016 with the singular intention to facilitate sustainable performance improvement through engineering risk management. Martin's experiences in the oil and gas, insurance and the public sectors highlighted that this could be achieved focusing on three main areas, business practice, personnel development, and engineering assurance. These have been the focus of the company from its inception, delivering services and support to a range of international companies. To support these goals Stanfield Consultants has actively built relationships with select consultancies to enable it to deliver a wide range of business and engineering performance solutions to its clients.
